Color-Logic Certifies Fujifilm Revoria Press

West Chester, Ohio, USA; April 2022—Color-Logic has certified the Fujifilm Revoria PC1120 Digital Press with the Fujifilm GX Server. The qualification materials submitted to Color-Logic verified the ability of the Revoria Press/GX Server configuration to print Color-Logic metallic colors and embellishments. The Revoria Press/GX Server configuration is compatible with the Color-Logic system when using silver ink with CMYK on paper, or when using white ink with CMYK on metallic stock.

The samples received by Color-Logic were verified by Richard Ainge, Color-Logic CTO and a founder of the company. Discussing the certification, Ainge said: "The color gamut and print quality off the press was excellent. Color-Logic is are delighted to partner with Fujifilm to bring print embellishment to their clients in Australasia and Japan, where the press is being introduced."

Ricoh Europe Uses Touch7 Neon to Demonstrate Press Capability

West Chester, Ohio, USA; April 2022—As part of a recent campaign to demonstrate how neon colors available on the Ricoh Pro 72xx series presses can be used, Ricoh conducted a marketing campaign to showcase the neon colors available with their presses. Part of the campaign involved providing printed neon embellishment samples to creatives, agencies, corporate marketers, and print service providers. The neon envelope used to hold the actual Ricoh printed samples utilized both Ricoh Touch7 color guides for vector colors and Touch7 images prepared using the Touch7 Photo plugin for Photoshop. Discussing the campaign, Mark Geeves, Director of Sales and Marketing for Color-Logic, the worldwide distributor of Touch7 software, said: "Ricoh Europe reached out to Touch7 to create an envelope design that would make their sample envelope stand out from other marketing pieces these businesses receive. The final result was an outstanding envelope that not only matched the samples inside, but dramatically demonstrated the capability of the Ricoh Touch7 Neon System."

Color-Logic Releases Pattern-FX Volume 6

West Chester, Ohio, USA; April 2022—Color-Logic--the leader in metallic colors systems and print embellishment--has announced the release of Pattern-FX Volume 6. Commenting on the event, Color-Logic Director of Sales and Marketing Mark Geeves said: "In recent years, patterns have become a key element of graphic design. Color-Logic Pattern-FX volumes are illustrator palettes which incorporate the Color-Logic special effects and make pattern usage effortless, predictable, and reproducible.
