Color-Logic Certifies Gallus One Digital Label Press

West Chester, Ohio, USA; September 2023 -- Color-Logic has announced certification of the Gallus One digital label press. Commenting on the certification, Color-Logic Director of Sales and Marketing Mark Geeves said: "The new Gallus One digital label press with white ink has been found to produce outstanding metallic labels when imaging on metallic stock, and thus has been added to the roster of presses qualified to utilize the Color-Logic metallic color system. As a certified Color-Logic OEM partner, Gallus will benefit from the new Color-Logic White is the New GoldTM promotion, which is designed to show printers, graphic designers, and brand marketers the power of digital printing with white ink. The Gallus One is a superior production device, particularly when coupled with the Color-Logic color system. Visitors to Label Expo 2023 in Brussels in September can look forward to discussing metallic labels with both Gallus and Color-Logic."

The Gallus One digital label press extends the Gallus reputation for superior label production machines. This latest Gallus solution was developed in conjunction with HEIDELBERG to address the shortages in skilled labor and the demand for greater productivity facing label producers worldwide. With the fully digital Gallus One, customers can expect to save an average of up to 35 percent in both time and money. At Labelexpo Europe 2023 in Brussels, Gallus will showcase the Gallus One as well as highlight the HEIDELBERG Customer Portal (HCP), which was recently unveiled at the Gallus Experience Center in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Color-Logic Featured at Heidelberg Digital Print Forum 2019

West Chester, Ohio, USA; March 2019—Color-Logic was one of only six selected Heidelberg partners participating in the Heidelberg Digital Print Forum 2019 in Wiesloch, Germany, on 21 March. At the proprietary exhibition, Color-Logic demonstrated how graphic designers can effectively utilize the white and neon toners now available on the exciting new Heidelberg Versafire EV digital press. At the Heidelberg demonstration center, some of the most important Heidelberg customers and prospects learned from Color-Logic executives how to apply the Color-Logic design tools to the latest in digital print. Key technologies being demonstrated included the popular Color-Logic Process Metallic Color software being used in conjunction with Heidelberg white toners, and Touch7 Photo tools for utilizing the new Heidelberg neon toners.

The new Heidelberg Versafire EV delivers extremely stable production at a consistently high speed. The press is based on the established Versafire CP platform, and has been systematically enhanced for the needs of customers in the graphics industry. New inline sensors enable the machine to control the color automatically during the print run. This process analyzes color changes and adjusts the color accordingly, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production. The white and neon toners available on the Versafire EV are entirely compatible with the Color-Logic and Touch7 software products.
