HELP! My palettes and plugins are not installing!

If you cannot see the Color-Logic palette and plugins after installation, it is highly probable that either you did not install the correct Adobe Language for your computer, such as using the American English installer when your computer is set up for International English. Or, you are not looking in the correct place for our palettes and plugins.
Please log into the Client Login S.M.A.R.T Centre area and watch the training videos related to the program that you are using or look in the User Guide for directions.
