I can not access the Vault, it's not accepting my user name and password

Access to the Vault is part of our S.M.A.R.T. (Software, Marketing and Related Training) program. License purchases included one or two years of enrollment (licenses purchased since March of 2014 include 2 years). If you have issues accessing the VAULT using your supplied credentials, please try an alternate web browser, as your current browser may not support password protected archives. If you still cannot gain access, then you enrollment may have expired or there is some other issue, in which case, please contact email@example.com to resolve.
